The model represents a typical residential house on the North Sea coast and its hinterland in half-timbered style. This miniature can be used at any time on model railways that are modelled on Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania or the islands of Rügen and Usedom. These timber frames were filled in with bricks. The finely detailed framework with its ornamentation is undoubtedly one of the highlights of this model.
