Bison Second glue - 3 ml (70962375)
SUITABLE FOR:
Ideal for bonding small surfaces. Bonds almost all solid and flexible materials such as many plastics (such as hard PVC, ABS, PS, Plexiglas®, polycarbonate (Makrolon®) and phenolic resins (Bakelite®)), porcelain, ceramics, leather, metal, wood, cork, felt, fabric (check suitability first) and rubber. Only partially suitable for glass (over time, the bond becomes brittle, weakening it).
NOT SUITABLE FOR:
Not suitable for PE, PP, silicone resins, PTFE, Styrofoam®, fabrics and leather clothing.

TO WORK
FOR USE:
Processing conditions
Do not use at temperatures below +10 °C. The adhesive reacts best to a humidity level of 50-70%.
Surface requirements
The surfaces to be glued must be clean, dry, free of dust and grease and must fit exactly.
Pre-treatment surfaces
Dust, oil, grease, wax or separating agents must be thoroughly removed from the surfaces to be bonded. The best way to achieve this is to rub the parts several times with suitable solvents, such as acetone (check suitability first). For metals and metal alloys, it is usually sufficient to roughen the surface with sandpaper or by grinding or brushing.
WHEN USING:
Instructions
1. To pierce the membrane, twist the entire cap clockwise tightly onto the dispenser. Do not press on the black handles while piercing. 2. Unscrew the top cap to reveal the applicator. Apply a thin layer of glue to one side by pressing lightly on the dispenser handles (too much glue slows down the curing process considerably). Immediately press the parts together. After use, clean the nozzle with a dry tissue and close the tube by placing the cap on it.
Advice
When gluing at low humidity, the curing time can be shortened by breathing briefly on one of the parts to be assembled. The best gluing results are achieved at room temperature.
Points of attention
Contains cyanoacrylate. Bonds skin and eyelids in seconds. If the product comes into contact with the eyes, rinse immediately with plenty of water and consult a doctor. On contact with the skin, the adhesive can be dissolved by immersion in warm soapy water. Then apply a skin cream. May cause respiratory irritation. Avoid inhalation of vapours. Keep out of reach of children.
AFTER USE:
Stains/residue
Immediately wipe off excess adhesive with a dry cloth. After curing, glue residues are very difficult to remove. Acetone dissolves the glue, but very slowly (check for suitability first).
Storage conditions
Store in a dry, cool, frost-free place. Storage below +5 °C (in a refrigerator) guarantees maximum shelf life.
